Debuting in 2005 and wrestling under the name Sean South for 8 years, Alexander Dean is an extremely well-known name in Ireland, Scotland and up and down the British wrestling scene.
Sarah managed to catch up with Alexander ahead of ICW Fight Club to talk about his career to date.
Dean talks about his training at Irish Whip Wrestling, before training with Fergal Devitt, aka WWE’s Finn Balor and veteran of the game, Paul Tracey.
In his final matches as Sean South, The Politickin’ Timebomb discusses being in a farewell match against WWE’s Becky Lynch. He also talks how she broke his nose and why he took a step away from wrestling.
Recent times have seen Dean reinventing his persona and attitude towards wrestling. This has lead to a number of opportunities across the UK and Europe.
One of those opportunities have come in Glasgow at ICW. It was there where Dean became Adrian ‘Lionheart’ McCallum’s final opponent.
He tells Sarah how that made him feel, as well as his future goals in ICW.
Beware, this guy may want to throw you down the stairs if you come face to face with him in a wrestling ring.
